calisthenics/mobility
3 rds – 6 ring dips, 6 lunges, 6 push ups
WOD: 5-4-3-2-1.1.1 Deadlifts (5-75%, 4-80%, 3-85%, 2-90%, 1-95% of 1RM…then singles until failure)
In between sets, work on handstand progressions.
Extra credit – weighted walking lunges (lunge from the post gym/HQ side to the rubber strip and back)
