No coach this am. Make sure to get a good warmup in, then:

10 minute deficiency work
4 rounds at a repeatable rep count

5 rounds for time:
200M run
10 air squats
10 push-ups

**We will begin the move from garage to the gym on Monday. You can expect a short WOD before we get started. Hope to see a strong turnout!
