Sorry, no coach again today.

For those looking for a workout, “Barbara” is always a good one:

5 Rounds (Record time of each round)
20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Air Squats
Rest 3 min between each round

You can scale rounds (4 vs. 5) or reps (5, 10, 15, 20) based on where you are at.  Even though there are no weightlifting movements, ensure proper warm up to raise body temp and loosen muscles/joints.
