Mobility: Lower body – stretch quads, calves, hamstrings and hips

2-4-6-etc  DB Push Press (#35/20)

Rest 2 minutes

WOD 2: AMRAP 6 –
2-4-6-etc Air Squats
2-4-6-etc Pushups
