Meet in the garage.

Cardio: team of two –
Row 3000M in 250M increments

WOD:
5 x 1 Front Squat, then using final FS weight
5 x 1 Back Squat, then using final BS weight
5 x 1 Deadlift

Goal is to increase weight for each set, start at 70% of 1RM for the Front Squat.
