Welcome back!!  Meeting in the garage today.  We are going to start a 2-week shoulder mobility cycle to improve our overhead position and overhead squats.

Cardio: 1000M row and 1000M run

Mobility: Lots of shoulder stuff!!

WOD: For time –
10-8-6-4-2 Alternate Power Clean/Squat Clean (155/105)
200M run in between sets
2-4-6-8-10 Strict Pullups
