Strict press then the same pattern with front squat.

5 @ 65%

4 @ 75%

3 @ 85%

2 @ 95%

1 @ 100%

 

WOD:

EMOM 12

Even minutes: 20 med ball cleans

Odd minutes: 15 toes to bar
