Monday, 12 June 17 (1100!!)

Reminder – we are joining in on the group classes this week.  First up is Ripped Ride with Kelly at 1100 in the gym spin room.  Best to get there a little early to get your bike setup and to grab the small handweights at the front of the class.  I apologize up front that I will not be there today (out sick), but I will be back tomorrow for Shred at 1100.
