In the garage again.  Got some accessory work and grip strength work on the menu!!

Accessory:  4 rds –
10 Side Ball Toss (each side)
10 DB Side Raises (each side)
10 Band Pull Aparts
10 Bulgarian Split Squats (each side)
10 Strict Pullups
10 Front-Side-Front Deltoid Builders

METCON: 6 rds – Team of 2
30 Sec Deadlift Hold (Palms facing same direction) (#315/225)
Note: One person runs, the other completes the hold, each person will complete 6-400M runs and 6-30 sec barbell hold
