5 Air squats
3 Pullups
1 Burpee

WOD: Olympic Tabata Holds

8 Rounds: Overhead Snatch (95/75#)
8 Rounds: Clean-Front Rack (135/105#)
8 Rounds: Squat-Front Rack (115/95#)
8 Rounds: DeadLift (225/185#)

Tabata: 20 Sec work, 10 Sec Rest
1 Rep every 20 Seconds. Hold in the finish position for 20 sec.
Focus on proper finish technique for each rep.
Rest 1 Min between rounds to change weights.
