Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend!  After 2 Murph’s in 5 days (1 with a #25 vest), I am pretty smoked.  Let’s meet in the garage and get some post-weekend fitness going.

Warmup: 1000M row or jog 4 laps

WOD: AMRAP 45 –
200M barbell carry (#135/95)
15 GHD situps
15 Box Jumps
15 Weighted Glute Bridge (#135/95)
