Meet in the garage
Partner Warm Up:
1st partner run 200 M,
While running, 2nd Partner do following continuously but easy pace:
1 – toe touches
2 – supermans
3 – plank (rest as needed)
4 – air squats
Switch off after each lap completed.  Both partners complete 4 laps/rounds

Movement Specific Warmup
Deadlift: 5 sets x 3 reps

12 min AMRAP:
20 DU’s (40 singles)
15 KBS 53/35
10 Push Ups
