Cardio – With an 18 minute time cap, complete 10 rounds of:
Run 200M/Row 250M
7 DB Bench Press

Strength: 5-5-3-3-1-1 Front Squat (15 time cap)

METCON: 4 rft –
11 Thrusters (95/65)
11 Ring Rows
11 GHD Situps

*For extra credit, wear a weight vest
