Meet in the garage.  The morning class did ring dips, so I was inspired to copy…

Cardio: Team of 2 – 4 x 400M run (1 run, 1 rest)

Metcon:
Part 1: AMRAP 4
1 Deadlift (#315/205)
1 Strict Ring Dip
*Increase by 1 rep each round (1-2-3-4-etc)

Rest 2 minutes

Part 2: AMRAP 4
2 Deadlift (#225/155)
2 Ring Dips (Kipping or strict)
*Increase by 2 reps each round (2-4-6-8-etc)

Rest 2 minutes

Part 3: AMRAP 4
3 Deadlift (#135/95)
3 Paralette/Deficit Pushups
*Increase by 3 reps each round (3-6-9-12-etc)
