Meet in the garage – cardio day!!!

AMRAP 50 – in a team of 2:

Cardio 1: 200 cal bike (alternate at 20 cal)
Perform 10 DB side raises or 3 agility ladder drills during rest

Cardio 2: 2400M row (alternate at 400M)
Perform 10 band twists (each side)

Cardio 3: 500 DU
Plank during rest
