3 rounds of 2 minute intervals of the following:

1) rowing or jump rope

2) mobility

3) farmers carry or ball slams

4) foam roller 

5) gymnastics movements

6) mobility 

Option 2: Angie

100 pull ups

100 push ups

100 sit ups

100 squats
