Hypertrophy day!  Lets get ready for the beach!!

Cardio: team of 2, alternate 250M rows until you reach 4000M

Mobility – stretch inbetween rows

WOD: 4 rounds of – (not for time)
10 Strict Pullups
10 Strict Ring Dips
10 DB or Barbell Bicep Curls (each arm)
10 DB or Barbell Shoulder Press
10 Weighted Rear Lunges (hold a plate or KB)

Extra Credit: 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
