Recovery WOD

I will be at yoga, anyone is welcome to join me!  (Led by Vy at 0645 in the yoga room at the gym.) If you’ll be at the garage then –


FIRST: 15-20 minutes of skill work. Choose two things that you want to improve (for example, kipping pull ups, double unders, ring dips, body weight squats using the wall/pvc pipe to work on form) Spend about 10 minutes on each.



Tabata double unders

Rest 1 minute

Tabata sit ups

Rest 1 minute

Tabata mountain climbers

Rest 1 minute

Tabata planks
