200M run (250 row or 20 cal bike)
3 HSPU
6 Thrusters (#65/45)
9 KBS (24/16kg)
12 GHD Situps/GHD Back Extensions (Alternate rounds)

Note: For the GHD situps and back extensions, you will alternate the rounds. For round 1 – 12 GHD situps; round 2 – 12 GHD back extensions; round 3 – 12 GHD situps, etc, etc…
