Grab your winter weather gear. Should be a bit frigid this AM. 
Warm up (spend 10 minutes on this), then
WOD
For time:

50 walking lunge steps

25 chest-to-bar pull-ups

50 box jumps, 24-in. box

25 triple-unders (at least try them)

50 back extensions

25 ring dips

50 knees-to-elbows

25 wall-ball

50 sit-ups

15 Kb snatch (heavy- each arm)
