WOD- THE CHIEF

3 min AMRAP

3 power cleans @135/95

6 push ups

9 squats

Rest 1 minute

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

 So for 3 min you do as many rounds a possible, then stop where you are and rest for a minute then continue doing work for another 3 mins rest and continue…
