My knee is in pretty bad shape folks. If I come out there it will only make it worse (I don’t have the self control to abstain from lifting if I’m around you all)- no self control. 
Warm up, then,

  • 40 Bar Facing Burpees 
  • 30 PP 75/55
  • 30 BFB
  • 30 PP 135/85
  • 20 BFB 
  • 30 PP 165/105
  • 10 BFB
  • Max PP (just one rep)
