My knee isn’t happy with all the rowing I did yesterday. I’ll be OOA again. 😣
Warmup, then….
Front Squat- 5-5-5-5-5 (building each set)

plus up to  5 c2b Pullups with each set. 

WOD
EMOM 12 

  • 12-16 Turkish get ups. 
  • 1-5 Strict HSPU (no kipp)
