Warm up (it’s chilly outside), then…

For time:

15 burpees, jumping over the barbell

225-lb. clean and jerks, 5 reps

12 burpees, jumping over the barbell

225-lb. clean and jerks, 4 reps

9 burpees, jumping over the barbell

225-lb. clean and jerks, 3 reps

SCALE SCALE SCALE SCALE!!! 

  • Less/more weight
  • Full squat clean or power clean
  • Bar over rupees or no bar…

Make decisions that best suit your needs and level of effort this AM. 
This is really heavy and taxing. Just throwing that out there.
