Push Press-

On 2:00 for 10:00- near max reps (pick a weight you can complete 8-10 reps each round with – 5 rounds total). 
Front Squat
Front Squat- accumulate 20 reps with 80%- do close to maximal sets here… plus up to 15 c2b Pullups with each set
WOD
5 RFT

5 rounds for time (15min cap)

15 SDHP 115/80

15 Push Press
