We will be in the gym today. Meet by the rowers.

Warmup:
Rowing & mobilizing

SWOD: 7 rounds – 8 DB Lunges (4 each leg)
Start at (#45/25) and go up by #5 each round.

WOD: 7 rounds –
12 Wall Ball (#20/14)
12 DB Row
12 Russian KBS (32/24kg)

Use same # WB and KB for every round. For the DB Rows, start at (#25/10) and go up #5 for every round.
