Start with a 250m Row and then immediately begin the below tribute to 2016. On every even minute row another 250m (0,2,4,6….) until all below work is completed.

20 box jumps, 24-inch box
16 pull-ups
20 kettlebell swings
16 KB walking-lunge steps
20 knees-to-elbows
16 push presses (95/65)
20 back extensions
16 wall-ball shots
20 burpees
16 double-unders
