It’s obviously a very cold day today. An excellent opportunity to work on building mental toughness. We will be outside in the box this AM so dress appropriately. 
Warm up (at least 10 minutes), then….
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

245-lb. deadlifts, 9 reps

155lb Push Press, 9 reps

155-lb. squat cleans, 9 reps
