20 min EMOM (4 times at each station)

Minute 1: Back Squat
Minute 2: Shoulder Press
Minute 3: Front Squat
Minute 4: Hang Power Clean
Minute 5: 20 sit ups

Pick a heavy weight for each lift and don’t feel bad about working less than 60 seconds each round. This is not intended to be a metcon. Muscle failure should come before the time runs out in the minute.
