50 Cal Row

40 Bar Facing Burpees

30 Power Clean 135/95

20 Power Snatch 95/65
Please try doing pistols. Use a box or use a stantion to help you control your body on the way down. 
If they are too difficult (and they are very hard), perform air squats as a modification.
