Warmup:
400M run
calisthenics
5 x 100M relay

WOD: “Gobbler” – 5 rft of:
21 Front Squat (#95/65)
11 Pullup
21 Deadlift (#95/65)
11 Burpees
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
