Warmup, then…
3 person teams 
35 min AMRAP
Partner 1- runs 400m
Partner 2- performs an AMRAP of 

12 Deadlifts 155/105

9. SDHP

Partner 3 – performs an AMRAP of 

3 C2B

6 Box Jump Over 24/20

9 HSPU
When partner 1 runs in he/she moves to barbell station, partner 2 moves to gymnastics station, partner 3 takes off on the run. Partners will pick up where the other left off.

Teams will be scored by total rounds… Each lap completed will count as “1 round” to your score. So each station counts their AMRAPs for 35 minutes.
