Sorry folks, no formal class again today. We’ll get back at it next week.

If you want a WOD, follow the morning class.

WOD: 4 rft –
100M lunges
300M run

If you have only been doing CrossFit for 3-6 months, only do 2 rounds. If you have been doing CrossFit for 6-12 months, do 3 rounds. More than 12 months of CrossFit do 4 rounds.
