Good morning Guardians..! Yours truly stayed up and watched election coverage and our president-elect’s acceptance speech. Needless to say, I’m going off of almost no sleep and won’t be functional enough to hammer out the following WOD with y’all.

Max Wall-balls

  • Every time you pause more than 3 seconds between reps, drop the ball, do 5 Burpee a and one lap.
