Meet in the garage!

Warmup:
400M run
Plyo/Stretches

WOD 1: In a team of 2, each complete 2 x 800M run as a relay.

WOD 2: EMOM 30 –
Minute 0-9: 10 Weighted Bulgarian Split Squat (alternate legs each minute)
Minute 10-19: Alternate between 10 T2B and 10 weighted good mornings
Minute 20-29: 10 KB Bent Rows

The weighted movements should be moderately heavy.
