Skill / Strength work today!

Work on proper form FIRST. If you can master the technique, go for max weight. 

Barbell Turkish Get Ups

2-2-2-2-2-2 (each set is one on each side.  Increase weight to find 2RM). Rest as needed between sets.

A Kettlebell can also be substituted as a way to scale this challenging lift. 

Cash out: continue working on handstands.   Work for at least 5 minutes trying to hold as long as possible with or without wall support.
