Welcome back from the weekend…meet in the garage at 1200.

Warmup:
400M run
plyometrics
stretching

5 rounds of: Zig Zag cone drill & 7 pullups

WOD: 6 rft –
10 Lunges (#95/65)
15 Ring Pushups
20 Double Unders

For rounds 1 & 2 do lunges in back rack position, for rounds 3 & 4 do lunges in front rack position, for round 5 & 6 do lunges in overhead position.
