Morning Guardians! I won’t be there this AM, but I’m positive you will enjoy the WOD. I’ll see you guys next week. 
Warm up. 3 rounds. 

  • 15 PVC passthroughs 
  • 15 air squats (not too fast)
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 sit-ups

WOD-

16-minute AMRAP:

  • 60 CALORIE ROW
  • 50 TOES-TO-BAR
  • 40 WALL BALLS 20/14 10/9
  • 30 POWER CLEANS 135/95
  • 20 Chest 2 Bar
