I’m planning to arrive a little early today.

WOD 1: With a 15 minute time cap, thruster 30 x your bodyweight in lbs. You can choose the barbell weight as long as it is between 60-80% of your 1RM thruster.

For example, if you weigh #187, you have to thruster 5,610lbs (#187 x 30) in the 15 minute time cap.

WOD 2: Complete the same routine for bench press.
