Good morning. I won’t be able to coach this AM, I have a 0730 workday start. Hoping to reconnect with you all tomorrow. 
Warm up, then…
BENCH- Accumulate 30 reps with 80%
DEADLIFT- Accumulate 40 reps with 75%

13 Min AMRAP

  • 55 Deadlifts 225/155
  • 55 Wall Balls
  • 55 Calories on the Rower
  • 55 Handstand Push Ups

Stagger where people start so we can maximize the tower. You can substitute rower for assault bikes.
