The Dangers of a METCON Addict

On more than one occasion I have posted a strength workout and received comments from athletes that the WOD was too “easy” and they were disappointed not to leave the box gasping for breath and searching for a puke pail.  We ALL love a good METCON, but too many can be counterproductive to our goals.  Check out this article if you’re interested in another coach’s opinion on the subject:
