Meet in the garage.

WOD 1: With a 10 minute time cap – Death by KBS & Burpee
On the first minute, do 1 KBS and 1 Burpee, on the second minute do 2 KBS and 2 Burpee, etc until 10 Minute.

WOD 2: 5 sets of the following barbell complex – Deadlift, Power Clean, Hang Squat Clean, Shoulder to Overhead.
