WOD 1: With a 15 minute time cap, frontsquat 30 x your bodyweight in lbs. You can choose the barbell weight as long as it is between 60-80% of your 1RM backsquat.

For example, if you weigh #187, you have to FS 5,610lbs (#187 x 30). Since your 1RM FS is #310, you would use a weight between #185-#245. So, if you chose #215, you have to do 26 reps (5,610 lbs / 215 lbs = 26) in the 15 minute time cap.

WOD 2: Max Rep bodyweight deadlift in 4 minutes

cash out – 5 min of planks, broken up as needed.
