Borrowing from noon class:

WOD 1: With a 15 minute time cap, backsquat 30 x your bodyweight in lbs. You can choose the barbell weight as long as it is between 60-80% of your 1RM backsquat.

For example, I weigh #187, so I have to backsquat 5,610lbs (#187 x 30). Since my 1RM backsquat is #310 (um, not me!), I have to use a weight between #185-#245. So, if I chose #215, I have to do 26 reps (5,610 lbs / 215 lbs = 26) in the 15 minute time cap.

WOD 2: Max Rep Strict Press in 4 minutes (#115/75)
