No coach this AM, had some sort of bug last night, not feeling the best. 
Warm up, then….
Push Press- 5 x 2-3 reps @ 85%-ish

WOD (it’s gonna be painful tomorrow)-
For time (20 min cap)

  • Lunge one lap
  • 100 Wallballs 20/14 10/9
