Warm up then….
Bench- 5×4-8 reps@80%
Deadlift with double pause (immediately as you break off the floor and then another pause at the knee. –  3@9 drop 10% and do 1 set of near max reps (only two sets here, should be very difficult. The pauses will help the athlete focus on activating their hamstrings and the hips).
