So, I said to myself, “Chris, what could be lots of fun on a Monday?” and the answer just came to me “Power Snatch and Kettlebell Swings!!”…so, meet in the garage for some awesome barbell and kettlebell fun….

WOD 1: 5×1 Power Snatch

WOD 2: For time –
50 KBS (16/12kg)
Stair Run down to Level 2 and back
35 KBS (24/16kg)
400M sandbag carry
20 KBS (32/20kg)
Stair Run down to level 2 and back
