Bench- 5×3@85-90%

Deadlift- 5@9 drop 10% and do 2 set of near max reps

Dedicate 4-5 attempts at practicing both strict toes to bar and then efficiency of Kipping. Emphasize a perfect hollow/arch position

WOD-
5 rounds for time

  • Run 1 lap
  • 15 Burpees
