If you’re leaving early to travel you can complete this workout anywhere (minus pull ups) no excuses! Have a safe and happy 4th of July.
100 yard run/sprint, 20 push-ups, 1 minute rest100 yard run/sprint, 20 walking lunges, 1 minute rest

100 yard run/sprint, 20 pull-ups, 1 minute rest

100 yard run/sprint, 10 HSPU, 1 minute rest

100 yard run/sprint, 20 squats, 1 minute rest

100 yard run/sprint, 30 seconds hollow hold. 

Reapeat!!!!
