Warm up, then….
Back squat- 20rm (the basic guideline here is somewhere between 60-80%)

Press- 5×5@80%
While warming up your Press, work on your handstand… 5 attempts at handstand holds either freestanding or chest to wall

WOD-

3 rounds (15 min cap)

  • 21 c2b
  • 15 thrusters 135/95
  • 9 Burpee box jump overs 24/20
